Rare, never-before-released archival recordings by the master organist on The Reigning Monarch of All Instruments. These superb, digitally restored recordings faithfully capture the lush majesty of the Wanamaker Organ, and include more than two hours of beautiful music and commentary together with a lavish 24-page commemorative booklet. The selections were from radio broadcast programs produced by Keith Chapman. Upon Chapman’s death in 1989 the masters were not located and the material was presumed lost. However, it has recently been discovered that two listeners with superior recording equipment captured several FMprograms on tape.
